‘Real’ Vermonters (in development)
‘Real’ Vermonters explores rural isolationism, specifically looking at old-time ‘real’ Vermonters’ skepticism of ‘flatlanders’. Vermont’s economy depends heavily on tourism but, at the same time, becoming a second-home, seasonal state is problematic in a number of ways. This film chronicles my probe into the heart and mindset of the state I grew up in.
